Guiding Energy
Your thoughts are you. Experiment, entice and explore more of your thoughts. They're invitations — quiet signals pointing you toward what's ready to grow.

Channel's Voice
You begin to truly see yourself with respect when you recognize that you come first in your own life.
But sometimes we need a friend who listens, accepts you as you are, and encourages you to simply be — that is the energy of a tree.
And just like the natural world, all energies keep moving and changing, which means you are always growing too.
Can you do this - Neck Exercise?

Did you know that your shoulders represent the energies that connect your brain with your heart? A simple exercise, done daily while looking in a full-size mirror, will help that connection.
Keep your head looking straight ahead and bring both shoulders up to reach as high as possible. Then bend your head to each side to make the head and shoulder touch. The idea is to have the side of the head meet with the shoulder. That is all - but most people will find this challenging.
It is recommended you start with five times per side each session and do it with intent, with all of your bodies engaged. You have all of your connections in the neck, and it is most important that it be treated in a gentle fashion. Slowly move head to shoulder and back again. You can increase the repetitions to do as many as possible each time but it is important that you not do it robotically. Think about what you are doing and why.
Remember -- a pliable neck keeps your energy moving freely.
The Equinox
The world recognizes four energy days in the calendar year that depict the four stages of light and dark - the Equinox on March 21, the Solstice on June 21, the Equinox on Sept 21, and the Solstice on Dec 21. The Equinox depicts equal light and dark. The June Solstice brings the most daylight of the year and the December Solstice, the least. The light from the sun and moon provides new life each year, especially food, essential to our well-being. The dark honours our need to rest and rejuvenate.
Planting seeds for our physical, mental and emotional bodies on the spring equinox, aligns us with the timing for seed planting in all of nature. It lets nature know how we want to change in our physical movements, our thoughts, opinions and desires and our emotional change is to feel positive about our life.
Plant a seed in the spring and as you would in the garden, write down what you planted and why. This will remind you that what you want to change stays the same and also reminds you of what you need to do to have the changes happen. Here are a few suggestions. If you want more flexibility in that body of yours, start something physical – walking, swimming, yoga, hiking etc. Something that you enjoy and that moves all of you. If you want to be able to do more for yourself, say 'I Can Do It' each time something happens in your life. If you want to find more positive strokes in your life, plant a seed about finding the joy within you.
Plant your seeds in March, notice the roots and sprouts in June, recognize you have reached your maximum potential in September during harvesting and finally, digest and accept the newness within you in December. Then begin to think about what you desire for the upcoming equinox and what seeds would be best for the new year and the new you. Magic, it is just plain magic when you change into a brighter and happier you!
The equinox reminds us that balance isn’t a destination — it’s a moment we pass through on our way to becoming something new.
