INSPIRATION

My name is Lynn and I have the ability to channel information. By utilizing this gift of mine, I have learnt a tremendous amount about energy flow of three types – universal, personal and from the earth. 

In order to share in that knowledge, it was decided that this section of the website would be for stories about myself, how I was inspired to understand more about the world I live in and how that understanding became part of my life. 

As you read my words and listen to my voice, may the insights within each story encourage you to be inspired about your world as well.

Stretching

Stories from me are about my changing over the years and for some they would call it my transformation. I seem to have recognized my choices create my reality and so little additions and subtractions in my every day would do the trick of me taking charge. One of the first items of addition to my day came about while I was just awakening from the night and as I lay there, I decided it was best to get this body of mine moving. The title of this story is: Stretching. As I open my eyes from sleep – am I smiling or frowning, having quiet thoughts or rowdy ones? Interesting questions. I have discovered a secret, or maybe not much of one. Being human on earth at this time, I am feeling the negativity in the airwaves. It has been that way for a bit of time, and I have been affected or damaged in some fashion because of it. That negativity needs to be transformed to positivity for me. That transformation is in my thoughts. That is inspiring to me, because they are my thoughts that I am requiring, instead of someone else’s. I figured out that I could not do much about the items in our world that are negative, but I could do a few items in bed before getting up that would assist my thoughts to be about me, and how much it alters the flexibility of my body, and creates a positive flow to start my day. Was that an inspiration? Maybe, because it alleviated emotions that might have risen. I am now realizing that my emotions are affecting my thoughts! So, here we are: number One - I stay laying in bed, on my back, and start moving my body – the toes, the knees and the legs as a whole. I find there are many varieties of good movements for that portion of my body and I do as many as time permits. So, that is my first routine in the morning, so my feet and legs have been stretched and feel more ‘alive’ I will call it. So, number Two is when I sit up on the bed. Jaw movements are especially important to me. Open and close naturally. A lot of my tension seems to settle in the jaw. Then I do it sideways as well. That is sort of fun in a way, but it produces movement in my facial muscles. The final is to move my bottom jaw sideways several times and then the same with the top one. Others have maintained that the upper jaw does not move, but something moves that feels good, so I am more than willing to do that. That brings me to the stand-up position, which is number Three - I stand up – wow, now I can bend and stretch again and feel the difference from when I was laying down. I can feel me standing tall and with my shoulders back. This time I add a deep breathing routine. Last but not least, I do squats. No more than 10 at a time, but I am up to doing nine sets. I am given to understand that going past nine I will not receive more energy. The result each morning – I am now feeling flexible, and I am thinking of me and hearing my own thoughts. The result is feeling the energy flow within me. I have been in three basic positions – laying down, sitting up and standing up, and the result is clearer thoughts, body movements are feeling freer and I have, of course, a smile to start my day.
