INSPIRATION
My name is Lynn and I have the ability to channel information. By utilizing this gift of mine, I have learnt a tremendous amount about energy flow of three types – universal, personal and from the earth.
In order to share in that knowledge, it was decided that this section of the website would be for stories about myself, how I was inspired to understand more about the world I live in and how that understanding became part of my life.
As you read my words and listen to my voice, may the insights within each story encourage you to be inspired about your world as well.
Opportunities
I having been wondering lately how I began to understand myself. What I have discovered is that ‘You rid of emotion and discover a strength’ or maybe ‘you chose to understand yourself better just through your thoughts and their actions’. So what makes me, me? This story is entitled Opportunities. Asking myself ‘why’ helps identify what it means to me in more than just a whim situation. So, when I was quite young and spent many hours out of doors, I would have to say it is because of the freedom I would feel, the physical movement I enjoyed, and nature surrounding me so I could explore & learn about life. I was quite young – 6 and under - and likely letting my thoughts become actions. However, a few years later, when asked if I would be willing to take swimming lessons, I stated no. When I was 10 years old , I said yes. I must have let go of a fear or lack of confidence and then remembered I was free to be in the nature of water. When a teenager, I experienced being a teacher of Math at high school. The teacher was a substitute and we, the students, were not catching on to it. I had my Dad’s assistance that night and understood it, so the teacher asked me to teach. I did and the whole scenario has stuck with me. Now I have the assistance of spokespersons who are teaching me about the three levels of energy we live with daily. Confidence in a topic produces the ability to be willing to teach, as well as the excitement of the topic of course. Walking outside in nature is a sure way for me to rid of any feelings or emotions that need to leave me be. Sometimes I walk quickly until my thoughts about the situation are processed or, I walk slowly and cry at the same time, or I just go for the pure enjoyment of stepping outside with some forms of sun, a breeze and a joy in my heart. Once again – being outside helps! Eating healthy is a good one to contemplate. but the real reason I was doing so I found, was because if people do not eat healthy and natural food, they become sick or have health challenges and that was not for me at all. If it comes from nature, it is good for me and if it is processed, it is questionable. I often wonder what is the most important for me to know about and experience while on earth? I have come to the conclusion, it is in the connections we have with family, friends and neighbours. Who better to teach me about myself, than children. Surprisingly, each one holds something for me to note about myself. How I am able to feel comfort and why? To be comfortable physically I require no clutter around me – not at home especially. Outside my home, I like to have plants and gardens in the nice weather, and a handy shovel in the winter. Neither are clutter. Comfort in this physical body of mine comes from a few different areas – healthy food means a comfortable physical anatomy – colourful clothes encourages my comfort when in my home, visiting others or shopping and of course at work. Clothes of colour are me! Another must for me to be able to relax with a cup of hot water and a good read. Sounds like an opportunity! #55-Inspiration-007
Crow
I have just recognized that the word ‘inspiration’ has the word ‘ration’ within it. Ration means to take good care of what you have. So, inspiration is a timing when you are gazing at yourself and bringing out of hiding what you are needing to recognize at a certain time and space in life. Guess what? I discovered that hidden inside of me, was a connection to the crow and so the title of this story is Crow. My education as a youngster under the age of six, was about being outside all day long, I was inside for the night, and meals but all other times I was outside all year round, apparently. I did not attend school until I was six and a half. Big change from outside to inside. Obviously, I had a challenge sitting inside all day long, every day for five days per week. I can honestly say that I can learn more outside than inside, even if both are talking about a topic of interest. I think it is because I am more relaxed outside and can move a bit, the outside air allows me to breathe easier and seems more open to learning. When I am outside, it is birds that have my eye as they are so varied in colour, size and sounds. They inspire me the way they are the same no matter what the weather – sun, rain, snow, windy, whereas I go inside when the weather is doing anything that is a little different. So, did you notice? I no longer spend all my time outside, and put myself inside when weather is not perfect. I think society has altered my earlier preference. Sad, but true. Back to birds – I believe they are on earth to provide me with sounds and forms of energy exchange from their flying, to draw my attention to nature in all of its beauty. By doing so, they are inspiring me to be more of who I am. I seem to really enjoy the birds that are on their own, but those in flocks are beautiful to behold. There are many varieties, shapes and sizes of birds, just as there are many varieties, shapes and sizes of people. Interesting connection! But the one I really relate to is the crow. I know it is black and it has a loud caw sound that can awaken me in the morning, but they are the birds that keep the earth clean. They are here to assist the earth, where the other colourful birds are here to assist humans. Big difference? Yes, I am thinking so. Crows seem to be alone at times and flock at others, perhaps depending on what needs to be cleaned at the time. These descriptions of birds that I have witnessed over time bring out my many colours and abilities within me. Their sounds encourage me to be more than I used to believe possible and I think that the crow wanting to keep the earth clean, encourages me to be the channel that is possible for me to be, in order to work on behalf of the earth as well. I am an ambassador of the earth and so is the crow. I don’t stand out necessarily and neither do they, but I have a loud message in my channeling that perhaps could be noted as a big caw from the crow and sometimes the cawing will awaken others to understand themselves and our world just a little better. #55-Inspiration-006
Topics
I asked myself lately what causes my interest in a topic to poke its head up and inspires me to do something about it? Is it the topic itself? Is it caused by what is happening in my personal life? Or something that is in the wind, and how it is blowing? Interesting questions but I am not sure I have the actual answer at this moment in time. So this story is about Topics. I am finding that the past interest becomes a present interest and provides me with a bit of an understanding about myself and maybe my future. As an example – as a youngster I was outside a lot of my day and I gathered my interests from what I was with, namely the happenings in the sky, the puppy down the street, the trees and the plants and the makings of the roads. No people, just nature. That was a great past to have. I have a feeling that nothing is better than nature! Later in life I took an interest in Astrology, which added the planets and their influence on me to go along with nature on earth. I am Pisces with a fish as a symbol. Obviously, water is involved and my favourite activity is swimming! Ancestry is another topic that keeps coming up and expanding my knowledge as I go along in life. How fascinating to find out what type of people I was related to physically and what type of life they lived. DNA is rather fascinating! Not many secrets are being kept anymore! About 40 years ago, energy and its healing methods was a fairly new topic to me, but I embraced it fully. The energy healing allowed me to shed some of my “emotional baggage” and let my body heal it sufficiently to have something new in my life, I discovered that I had an ability to voice channel. I used that ability for about 14 years. I left the voice channeling alone for quite some time after that and started again about two and a half years ago. Different experiences and different results with the same topic of ‘energy’. To discover more about my soul’s journey, I was inspired to know about my past lives. Now, there is a topic that is rather fascinating. I have lived in many, many countries, alternating between being male and female and have discovered some emotional remnants that are still living within me now. Did I recognize that what I don’t finish in one life, I bring it to another? Prior to now, no I did not. Well, that is what happens, so I have been ridding of those remnants, and without them, I am looking forward to a life of better health in my future. So, thinking about my interests, what do I find? Nature was very important as a child and now I channel nature in many ways. DNA will honour me as a physical being and now I am learning about the energy portions of myself. That will lead to me being a more balanced person, which is fantastic. Past lives are just that – lives I lived on earth in different time periods. My interests seem to be interconnected from the past, to the present, to the future and if I look closer, they also seem to be somewhat connected to each other. #55-Inspiration-005
What is Inspiration?
What creates inspiration to me? That is my question for today. It sounds like something that is precious, something that is for some to provide and others to accept. Me being in the acceptance aisle. Why am I wondering? Looking at the moon inspires me to know deep inside that it is a precious aspect of my life. Listening to someone sing a song from their heart, inspires me to recognize a gift they have to provide such a feeling of love. Watching someone that is very athletic, inspires me to realize that all humans are basically created in a similar fashion and it is amazing what can be achieved. Hearing about someone’s ability to recognize and value knowledge combined with common sense, allows me to recognize we are all able to achieve something in this world. Feeling the beauty of nature when walking on a sandy beach and hearing the waves, or listening to the tinkle of water in a creek seems to inspire me to be more of myself. Water provides inspiration to me because of its energy that is shared with all of our senses. It is something that can be seen, heard, felt, smelt and tasted. That would mean, I now understand, that all forms of inspiration are achieved by the senses. And after I sense something important, it is my thoughts that take over to inspire me to be, or be more, or wonder what is possible. But what happens if there is a negative happening, such as COVID? Is it a form of inspiration when the outcome was for all people to want more knowledge and to be willing to accept mental health as an illness? I would say yes. Out of something negative, came something that is more accepted as part of our lives. That was inspiration for the masses! So, it seems that my inspiration is found with the assistance of nature, other people and their achievements, or their contribution to my knowledge about people in the world and how they are affecting me. Inspiration can happen with positive happenings or negative happenings because there is always a source of connection to myself that alters my thoughts. Inspiration is a form of change, the beginning of something new and I do believe I like that thought! #55-Inspiration-003
Time and Timing
Everyone has a clock of some kind, in their home, on their phone, in their vehicle. It is part of my everyday life. Alarm clocks are created to help me to awaken or keep me ‘on time’ for something important. The world counts on time to assist in forms of communication between countries. Time is quite important in our world. This story though is about Time and Timing. What is the difference? I certainly have lived my life knowing what time is about. It is time to eat, time to go to bed, time to head to work, time for appointments. It wasn’t until I started learning about energy that the word ‘timing’ came into my life. Timing is what happens when I am ‘going with the flow’ of life and allowing my thoughts to guide my day. It is like magic. It is inspiring to experience timing. I am combining my physical being with my energy being and that is a beautiful step to take. Timing always presents the opportunity to change my thoughts. Timing is the universal connection presenting me with a surprise of some sort. A time to experience something that I didn’t know I needed. It can be in thoughts or words or actions. I have found that it can come across as something positive or negative, but it gets my attention and presents new thoughts or maybe gets me out of habits that need to be changed. Some examples are negative in format like accidents or illnesses of any kind. Or positive like being introduced to a new person in my life. Sometimes it is a thought that comes to me and suggests an action that I need to do that day when I hadn’t realized I had the need and then found out what a gift that suggestion was. Timing is inspiring! Other examples I have noted along the way. Timing is when babies arrive or when someone dies – both are timing that the universe provides and until it happens, I am not knowing of its timing. When creatures appear before me, whether it be big or small, it has a message for me and knows that its presence will assist me to recognize my thoughts more clearly. They are my friends in that regard. As an example – even mosquitoes assist me – they allow me to remove emotions!! Just think about that one. So timing I have found, is my universal connection, letting me know it is time to change something, whether I was aware of it or not, or whether I like it or not. Another thought about timing. The weather is an excellent example. I cannot forecast what the weather will be and the universe is definitely in charge. I am never ready to have the summer end, but it does each and every year. Sigh! That is timing. In years gone by, the timing was not associated with what I was learning, because it was just life getting in my way. Now that the vibrational rate is changing in all of us, I am gaining insight into the intuition or an inner knowing that there are no ‘accidents’ really and it is meant to light up my life with change. I need to keep an eye open as to what needs to change. Have my thoughts altered? Have my priorities changed? Do I have enough relaxation daily? Neither time nor timing are stagnant, so I, Lynn, cannot be either. There is a need for time in my world and the world at large, and there is a necessity to lean towards timing more often. #55-Inspiration-004
